Professor Chris Gosden gives a brief overview of how the history of magic has unfolded, looking at specific instances of magical practices, including examples connected with the Pitt Rivers Museum.

Talk organised by the Friends of Pitt Rivers Museum - everyone welcome. Doors open at 18.00 and refreshments will be served. Talk starts at 18.30.
