Musicians from Oxford’s Inner Peace Records collective

Musicians from Oxford’s Inner Peace Records collective have created an original hip hop track using the Pitt Rivers Museum’s collection of traditional and tribal instruments. The process of composing the track inside the museum was recorded for a mini-documentary, including interviews with experts on the instruments and a music video filmed inside the museum. Watch the short film and meet some of the artists and researchers involved.

Film screening at The Ultimate Picture Palace, Jeune Street, Cowley Road, Oxford, UK OX4 1BN.
